MINERAL ARMOR PROTECTOR, creates a hard, yet non-film forming, breathable layer of protection for floors, which resists, scuffing and resists staining.

MINERAL ARMOR PROTECTOR’s highly alkaline pH of 11.8 creates an environment that is very inhospitable for most microorganisms to exist.

MINERAL ARMOR PROTECTOR’s silicates form a durable shield on the floor, inhibiting the adhesion of microorganisms. The silicate shield maintains the pH over time due to the slow release of the silicates, ensuring that the surface remains inhospitable even after initial application. Once dry, the silicates polymerize into a glass-like structure. This process causes the silicates to bond with the surface and to each other.

Unlike other finishes, MINERAL ARMOR PROTECTOR is easy to install, is not constrained by environmental conditions dries in minutes. It can even be installed riding normal building operations, with minimal disruption for occupants.

This layering:

Cleans and Rejuvenates : With each cleaning, MINERAL ARMOR REJUVENATOR adds micro-layers of protective silicates to the floor's surface, filling in micro-abrasions and scratches. MINERAL ARMOR is the only floor product that cleans and maintains.

Increases Gloss: The floors gloss is not only maintained, but enhanced with each application.

Renews Alkalinity: Over time, the pH might decrease due to environmental factors; reapplication with MINERAL ARMOR REJUVENATOR helps to restore or maintain the pH. Applying additional micro-layers to the floor, the alkaline environment is either maintained or reestablished, continuing to inhibit microbial growth.

Hardness and Durability: The additional layers of silicates contribute to the hardness of the coating, making the surface more resistant to physical abrasion, chemical attack, or degradation from UV light.

Barrier Enhancement: The additional silicate layers reinforce the physical barrier effect, making it even more challenging for microorganisms to adhere or penetrate the surface.
