Mineral Armor removes the need for floor stripping. After the initial application of Mineral Armor, a periodic, simple three step reapplication is all that is needed to rejuvenate and protect the gloss and protective layer of your surfaces and substrates.
SAVE
Mineral Armor’s particles rank 5.5 on the Mohs Scale of Mineral Hardness and significantly improve substrate’s protectant hardness. This improves abrasion, scratch and corrosion resistance on surfaces and substrates which decreases the need for floor maintenance.
Once Mineral Armor is installed, there is no more need for stripping. Simple periodic reapplication of Mineral Armor is all that is needed to rejuvenate and protect the gloss and protective layer on your surfaces and substrates. The elimination of stripping decreases the cost of your floor-care budget due to a reduction in labor, water and electricity use.
Mineral Armor particles create a more hydrophilic surface. When surfaces are hydrophilic, or water loving, dirt is repelled. The protective surface created with Mineral Armor reduces soiling and the need for deep scrubbing because of this hydrophilicity.
Mineral Armor increases the surface roughness of substrates due to particles within the solution. This increases slip resistance and results in fewer Worker’s Compensation instances from slipping.

After Mineral Armor has been applied and dried, the surface of the substrate is populated by small particles that increase the surface roughness and thus increase the Dynamic Coefficient of Friction (DCOF). This results in an increased slip resistance.
Natural and non-toxic chemicals are used in Mineral Armor’s solution, and no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are present. This means Mineral Armor will not vaporize and contribute to chronic respiratory problems, allergic reactions or headaches, so the solution is safe to use in all facilities without risk of contamination.
Germs and bacteria exist between pH 4.8 and 9.2, and typical floor coatings range from pH 7-8.5. Mineral Armor has an average pH of 11.9 which means the solution is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and eliminates odor.
SUSTAINABLE
Eliminating the need for stripping wax allows for a reduction of water use by 50% as well as a decrease in electricity use.
Mineral Armor does not contain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). This means Mineral Armor does not contribute to chronic respiratory problems, allergic reactions or headaches, so it is safe to use in all facilities from bathrooms to kitchens without risk of contamination.
Mineral Armor has a high pH that inhibits the growth of bacteria and allows for a safer and cleaner environment.
